The American Bar Association reported recently that the percentage of women in law schools has declined each year since 2002, from 49% to 46.9% currently. (See Fewer Women Are Seeking Law Degrees) The reasons are unclear but after years in which the number of women in law school trended upward the change is noteworthy.
