		<description>Chenga, I think the reason the media specifically mentions BU or BU Med is because society holds doctors (or soon-to-be doctors) and other professionals to higher standards, since most Americans have undergraduate degrees.  When professionals commit brutal crimes, I think the public is more shocked than if committed by the &quot;typical&quot; blue-collar criminal.</description>

		<description>Totally agree with the point about the craigslist comment. No one ever praises something for the good it offers but flips out when something bad results. 
Also, Markoff went to SUNY Albany for undergrad..., that&#039;s barely being mentioned. I&#039;ve actually read a few articles where it simply states that he&#039;s a BU student.</description>
