It's wonderful to hear you aren't having any pain. Don't be too hard on yourself since 6 months post-op is still quite recent (hah, not that you need me to tell you). If you have the capacity to reach 100% again, usually it takes about a year post-op to reach that level, so I think to be 90% at 6 months is excellent!
